We work in the Australian vocational education and training (VET) sector, and we love that VET is all about skills and doing.
While we love all learning, our favourite is VET because it’s an equaliser; VET is for absolutely everyone. There are VET programs for speakers of English as a second language, people who hate anything school-like, tradies studying on the job, professionals adding to their skills set, mothers returning to work, VET in schools, or experts being recognised for the skills they already have.
We get super excited about people who are making themselves and the world better everyday, and since VET can help with that, it’s for us.

As I watch several CEO’s manoeuvring this very problem right now, I can’t help but think that what they need is not a restructure, re branding or re-positioning.
They need loyalists. |
